Kathy Phillips-Harding, M.S.N., R.N., Financial, Holistic Health and Wellness Consultant A Registered Nurse with over 35 years experience providing health, education and care.
She holds a Masters Degree in Nursing, is a Reiki Master, and has worked caring for women and new mothers
as a Childbirth Educator, Lactation Consultant, Holistic Health Coach and Wellness Consultant. Additionally, she has worked with NYC and NYS hospitals and their staff providing technical assistance and education on methods to improve care for their HIV positive mothers and patients as well as coordinate health and wellness counseling and health events as Health Services Director for NYC College students and communities. In most recent years, as herself also a licensed advisor, she has joined an established team of experienced and seasoned financial advisors and partners with health and advanced planning specialists for you and your family's financial wellness. As a member of the American Association of Drugless Practitioners and the American Holistic Nurses’ Association, and certified by the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) her educational workshops for students, consumers and staff focus on empowering individuals through healthful nutrition, self-care, stress management and wellness practices utilizing self-healing practices such as creative visualization, Reiki, Reflexology, and Aromatherapy. Nutrition and lifestyle counseling are services also offered to appropriate clients and geared toward teaching individuals and families to become active participants in their health and wellness. In her work, her goal is to bring the importance of wellness and healthy life practices to the Self Care Wellness Community for optimal living and well being.
